A valet parking price quote takes the following factors into account in order to provide the best possible service for you and your guests:
How many guests/vehicles are expected?
In what time frame will guests arrive and depart?
How long will the event last?
What equipment is needed to provide a safe and efficient parking experience?
We suggest staffing 1 valet parking attendant per every 10 cars. If the arrival pattern of your guests is a gradual flow over several hours, we suggest 1 per every 15 cars.
If parking in the area is difficult or the function very big, a staff shuttle may be required. The shuttle driver is billed at the standard hourly rate and the staff shuttle is billed at the standard shuttle rate.
If we provide the driver and/or valet service for the event, there is no delivery charge.
